Unrefined butter from the nut of the West African shea tree, used for generations to nourish skin.
What it does Rich and comforting. Helps soften dry, tight skin.
Astrocaryum tucuma
A golden butter from the seed of an Amazonian palm, traditionally used to protect skin from sun and heat.
What it does Adds a smooth, melting feel and helps condition the skin's barrier.
Theobroma cacao
A classic, rich butter pressed from roasted cocoa beans.
What it does Forms a soft, protective layer that helps skin hold onto moisture.
Prunus amygdalus dulcis
A gentle, nourishing oil pressed from sweet almonds. We use it in the Exotic and Mint butters.
What it does Softens and conditions, rich in skin-loving fatty acids. A tree-nut oil.
Prunus armeniaca
A light, fast-absorbing oil from the apricot seed. It's our tree-nut-free option, used in the Unscented butter.
What it does Conditions gently and sinks in quickly. A good choice for sensitive skin.
Simmondsia chinensis
A lightweight liquid wax from the desert jojoba shrub, remarkably close to skin's own oils.
What it does Absorbs easily and helps balance the skin, without feeling heavy.
Olea europaea
A featherlight emollient derived from olives.
What it does Sinks in fast and leaves skin smooth and cushioned, never greasy.
Pogostemon cablin
A warm, earthy essential oil distilled from the leaves of a tropical herb. It's part of the Exotic scent.
What it does Grounds the Exotic scent; used only in small amounts.
Cananga odorata
A soft, floral essential oil from the curling blossoms of the ylang-ylang tree. Another note in the Exotic scent.
What it does Adds a sweet, calming floral note.
Citrus sinensis
A bright essential oil pressed from orange peel, used in the Exotic butter.
What it does Lifts the blend with a fresh citrus top note.
Mentha piperita
A cooling essential oil steam-distilled from peppermint leaves, used in the Mint butter.
What it does Gives the Mint butter its fresh, cooling aroma.
Vanilla planifolia
A warm, soft extract from cured vanilla pods, used in the Mint butter.
What it does Rounds out the peppermint with a naturally sweet warmth.
Each jar is whipped, poured, and labeled by hand, in small batches. Nothing is automated, and you can feel that in the texture.
