Shipping policy

We make our whipped body butters by hand in small batches. Because they're heat-sensitive, we put real care into how and when they ship.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Shipping is free on US orders over $70.

When your order ships
We ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a shipping day go out the same day; orders placed after our Wednesday cutoff ship the following Monday. We ship early in the week on purpose, so your package spends about two to three days in transit and never sits in a warehouse over the weekend.

Keeping your butter safe in transit
Every order ships with a cold pack to help protect the butter from heat. Even so, please help us keep it in good condition:

• Bring your package indoors promptly — whipped butter is handmade and heat-sensitive, especially in summer.
• Open and inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery, and photograph anything that doesn't look right straight away.

If a package is left outside (in a mailbox, car, or on the porch) for an extended time after delivery and melts as a result, that is outside our control and becomes the customer's responsibility.

If something arrives melted, leaking, or damaged
Take a photo within 24 hours of delivery and send it to us with your order number within 7 days — we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrect address.
